PCE invites students, families, educators, and staff to share their school’s achievements and perspective on public charter schooling. Your testimony, in voice or in written form, strengthens accountability, informs policymakers, and elevates community experience in public education.

Register to Speak at
a School District Meeting
Speaker registration is for members of the public and current Philadelphia School District or charter school students who would like to speak at a monthly meetings:
The speaker registration line and request form will open at 4 p.m. on the Monday preceding each scheduled Board meeting.
Registered speakers will be permitted to attend either in person or remotely.
Within 24 hours of completing the form, you will receive an email confirmation.

Written testimony is for any member of the public wishing to submit comments to the Board in writing for a monthly Board of Education Action Meeting.
